Promotions – General Terms

The following terms apply to all promotional offers, discount codes, and incentives made available by Ordinary & Co, unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where we suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
  • Promotions may be limited to one per customer, household, or order, at our discretion.
  • Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Promotions are valid only on eligible products and may exclude sale items, test pieces, seconds, shipping costs, or other specified items.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
  • We reserve the right to amend or substitute promotions where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Where a promotion is subject to specific conditions (such as newsletter sign-up or review submission), we reserve the right to withhold or revoke the offer if those conditions are not met.
  • All promotions are subject to product availability and may be withdrawn when stock is depleted.
  • Any attempt to circumvent or manipulate the conditions of a promotion, including the creation of multiple accounts or false submissions, may result in the cancellation of the promotion and/or associated orders.
  • All purchases made using a promotion remain subject to our standard Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, and Delivery Policy.

Review Submission Offer (10% Off)

Customers who submit a review for a previously purchased product via our website review form will receive a single-use 10% discount code sent to the email address provided.

This offer is subject to the following conditions:

  • By submitting a review, you grant Ordinary & Co a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, and share your review content, including text, images, and any associated materials, across our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional content, in any format or media. You confirm that you have the right to provide this content and that its use by us will not infringe the rights of any third party.
  • The review must relate to a verified purchase, and the email address provided must match the one used to place the original order.
  • All required fields must be completed, including email address, name, star rating, order number, and a minimum of two (2) photographs showing the product in use or within the customer’s home.
  • Only one review per product purchased is eligible. Multiple submissions for different variations of the same product are not permitted.
  • Discount codes will be issued after the review has been submitted and approved.
  • The discount code is valid for one-time use per customer.
  • The discount applies to full-priced items only and excludes sale items, test pieces, seconds, and shipping costs.
  • There is no minimum spend requirement.
  • The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discount codes.
  • The offer is available until withdrawn and may be modified or cancelled at any time without notice.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
  • All purchases made using this offer remain subject to our standard Returns Policy. If items are returned, refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.
